Pinot Noir is one of the emblematic grape varieties of the Burgundian and Champenois vineyards. It is also the only red vat plant authorized in Alsace.
The clusters and berries are very small. In favorable conditions, it allows to produce red wines of extreme quality, combining finesse, power and aromatic complexity but also famous sparkling wines!

The bunches are large as are the grapes, with a thick skin. The flesh is crispy as well as juicy with a subtle muskiness.
The short bunches carry slightly elongated and quite large grapes with a firm pulp.

This variety of Chasselas has an extraordinary fragrance of Muscat as well as being fruity and juicy.
