Sémillon
This grape variety is originally from Bordeaux vines.
The clusters are medium and the berries are large. The Semillon , usually produces high quality dry white wines with a lot of fat, medium to low acidity. These wines can be vinified in barrels and are suitable for aging. The Semillon makes it possible of course to produce very great sweet white wines.
