Sauvignon Blanc
This grape variety is originally from Bordeaux vines.
The bunches and berries are small. Sauvignon Blanc makes it possible to produce very elegant, very fine, balanced and typical dry white wines. In late harvest this grape can also participate in the elaboration of great sweet wines.

Blue Muscat
It produces large, loose clusters, with fairly large, oval berries. The pulp is crunchy and pleasantly fragrant. It is also very insensitive to cryptogamic diseases.
Muscat Queen of the Vineyards
Average sized bunches of large round, golden grapes. Under a hardly thick skin the crispy flesh reveals its delicately fruity and slightly musky flavour.
White Verjus
Very big bunches of large grapes, with a juicy and acidic flesh and a firm skin. Conserves well on the vine. Even in areas where the grapes will never reach maturity, due to very little sunshine, they are perfect for cooking.
