This grape variety is originally from Bordeaux vines.
The grapes are medium-sized and the berries are small. This variety makes it possible to produce aromatic wines of quality and medium-quality. On the other hand, the potential acidic sugar and polyphenols (colour intensity and tannic structure) are medium.

The bunches are large, conical and not very compact. The pink grains are large, spherical and juicy. The skin is thick but the pips are almost non-existent. Use in the kitchen. Good cold storage.
