Artaban

The grape variety Artaban is of medium strength and resistant to mildew and powdery mildew. But it is sensitive to black rot and magnesium deficiency.

The bunches are large, conical and compact. The berries are small, of simple flavor, with fine skin and juicy pulp.

The wines obtained are light, colorful, to consume quickly and dominated by fruit aromas.

Chambourcin noir

Very vigorous variety, resistant to cold but sensitive to drought and chlorosis.

The bunches and berries are medium in size and they are ripe from mid to late September (in the southwest).

Very good resistance to mildew and powdery mildew.

Chambourcin makes it possible to produce colored wines of decent quality.

FLOREAL

Floréal is a vigorous variety and very resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew.  

The clusters are small and loose. The berries are medium in size, with a medium juicy pulp.

The wines obtained are expressive, aromatic and with good freshness. The aromas are dominated by notes of exotic fruits and boxwood.

 It is a vigorous and so fertile grape that its production must be limited. It is resistant to powdery mildew and moderately to mildrew.
